Darcie is a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager through AHLEI, is a Certified Revenue Management Executive through HSMAI, is IHG Certified, and is BestREV certified with Best Western. 

 

Darcie worked at IHG as a Revenue Manager supporting a variety of properties and management companies. Prior to IHG, Darcie worked as a Regional / Revenue Manager at Warren Resort Hotels.  She oversaw the operations of multiple properties affiliated with Best Western, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton.  Darcie was responsible for Revenue Management and oversight of all the day to day operations.

 

Darcie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management / Human Relations from Doane College. 

 

Darcie enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors hiking, skiing, and enjoying the sun.

Larissa found her passion for working in the hotel industry in 2006 and has since held a variety of roles including Revenue Manager, General Manager, and Director of Sales.  She has experience with independent, Wyndham, Marriott, and IHG branded properties. 

 

Larissa earned an Associates of Arts Degree while attending college on a volleyball scholarship.  She received a certification in Hotel Revenue Management, Hospitality from Cornell University, is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) through HSMAI, a Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM) through AHLEI, and is an IHG Certified Revenue Manager.   

 

While working for an award winning IHG property, Larissa was the recipient of an IHG Best of the Best Operations Manager of the Year Award. 

 

Larissa enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family.

Justin Bleth, CHSP, CFBE
Portfolio Revenue Manager

Justin is a seasoned hotelier with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, he spent the bulk of his hotel career working for a full service independent property in Vancouver, Washington. Working his way up from his starting point at the front desk, he became the Director of Operations for the hotel in 2017 until 2022, where he oversaw the revenue strategy and led the day to day operations.

 
He progressed into the role of Corporate Director of Operations for the hotel's property management company. There, he gained multi-property experience with several branded and independent properties, including IHG, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. He was responsible for leading and mentoring property General Managers, aiding revenue strategies and budget development and implementation.

 
Justin is loyal to his alma mater, Washington State University (Go Cougs!), where he obtained dual Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Criminal Justice and Foreign Languages & Cultures. He recently relocated to the east coast of Florida with his wife Josie and two children, Lincoln and Lorelei. Justin enjoys camping, fishing, firepits and making memories with friends and family. 

Matt McMillan, CRME

Matt has been working in the hospitality world since 2009 with roles ranging from Senior Hotel Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Sales.  He spent most of his hospitality life in Las Vegas but has also branched out to smaller hotel markets.  

 

Matt attended the University of Las Vegas where he studied Hotel Management and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) through HSMAI.    

 

Matt enjoys soccer, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family.

Renae Wasson
Portfolio Sales Manager

Renae started her career in the Hotel Industry in 2007. She is an accomplished hotel sales professional with extensive experience working across multiple brands including Hilton, IHG, Best Western, and Choice. With a proven ability to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence, Renae has successfully led sales teams to exceed targets and build strong client relationships. She is a strategic thinker and takes a results-oriented approach allowing her to excel in developing and implementing sales strategies that align with brand values and market demands. Renae’s expertise in identifying new business opportunities and fostering partnerships has been instrumental in achieving sustained success in a competitive industry. With a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence, Renae has successfully managed various aspects of hotel operations including front desk management, sales management, event planning, and customer service.

 

Renae enjoys kayaking, hiking, basically any activities on the water and in the sun. She also enjoys making memories and spending time with her family.
